Sweet Listeners is a conversation-only platform — not therapy. We do not allow nudity, sexual content, or any inappropriate content. We use automated tools, and our team reviews reports and flagged accounts.

Report & Support

If you see something that makes you feel uncomfortable or violates our guidelines, you can report it directly through the platform. Our team reviews all reports promptly and may remove content or accounts. If you are in crisis, contact a professional or call 988 or 911. Sweet Listeners is not an emergency service.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed through our trusted, encrypted payment partners. We never store your full payment details.

We expect all users to be kind, respectful, and considerate. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or removal.

Community Guidelines

Keep it on Sweet Listeners

Do not share or ask for phone numbers, emails, social media handles, messaging apps, payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, and the like), or addresses — in text, voice, or video. The site blocks these automatically.

Warnings

Contact info, solicitation, harassment, and adult sexual talk get an on-screen warning. The message is blocked where we can, and the attempt is logged for review with a strike count. Those hits do not end the session or charge anyone. Sexual content involving a minor ends the session on the first hit and pauses the account. Repeated attempts across sessions can lead to account review.

No nudity or sexual content

Never — not in speech, typed chat, or on camera. Adult sexual talk and messages are blocked and logged; they do not auto-end the session. Sexual content involving a minor ends the session on the first hit and pauses the account. On video or in photos, clear nudity ends the session immediately and pauses the account pending review. Low-confidence catches never end a session or charge anyone.

Automated safety checks

Speech and typed messages are screened for contact info and sexual content. On Voice and Video, speech is transcribed live by an automated system. Video is checked automatically for nudity. Nothing is recorded or stored.
